In accordance with the provisions of the “Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties”, FRUVER, S.A. de C.V. declares to be a legally constituted company in accordance with Mexican laws with address at Blvd. García Morales KM 6.5, Colonia El Llano, C.P. 83210, in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico and as the person responsible for the processing of personal data, informs you that the information of our clients and suppliers is treated in a strictly confidential manner, therefore your personal data, such as:

1.- Full Name.
2.- Address.
3.- Federal Taxpayer Registry.
4.- Office and Mobile Phones.
5.- Email.

These will be used solely and exclusively for the following purposes:

1.- Information and Provision of Services.
2.- Updating the Database.
3.- Collections and Payments of Transactions.
4.- Commercial Agreements.
5.- Any purpose analogous or compatible with the above.

In the case of sensitive data, such as:

1.- Financial Data (Income, Bank Statements and other related data).

All your personal data is treated in accordance with the applicable and current legislation in the country, therefore we inform you that you have at all times the right to access, ratify, cancel or oppose the treatment we give to your personal data; This right may be exercised through our website www.fruver.com.mx or, if applicable, by calling our direct telephone number (662) 2360900. You may also use these same means to update your personal data and provide the channel through which you wish to receive information, since if you do not specify this, Fruver, S.A. de C.V. will freely establish the channel it considers appropriate to send you information.

Your personal data may be transferred and processed within and outside the country, by persons belonging to the same group to which Fruver, S.A. de C.V. belongs, and who operate under the same internal processes and policies. In this sense, in accordance with article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, your information may be shared with entities belonging to the same group to which Fruver, S.A. de C.V. belongs in order to provide the required services and comply with the client’s requests. Except for the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the Law, we undertake not to transfer your personal information to third parties, as well as to carry out this transfer in the terms established by this Law.

This privacy notice may be modified by Fruver, S.A. de C.V., such modifications will be promptly informed via email, telephone, or any other means of communication that Fruver, S.A. de C.V. determines for such purpose.
